Kazakhstan moves to create Kaldayakov medal, honorary artist title

ASTANA. Oct 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's parliament gave preliminary approval Wednesday to a bill creating a new state medal and an honorary artist title.
